Robert W Roach

Robert Wayne Roach, 86, of Hannibal, passed away February 8th, 2024. 

A Memorial Service will be held Thursday, February 15, 2024 at 10:00 am at Tabernacle of Praise Assembly of God Church, Rev. Michael Neff will officiate. A graveside service will follow at the Grand View Burial Park.

Bob was born on January 19th, 1938, in Hannibal the son of Richard and Hortense (McLeod) Roach. He graduated from New London High School. He married Karen (Perkins) Roach on June 28, 1959, at Prince Avenue Baptist Church.

Bob was a member of Tabernacle of Praise Assembly of God. He worked on the family farm. Then at Western Printing Company in Hannibal. Later he worked as a carpenter in the Hannibal area and in the building of Clarence Cannon Dam. Bob served as a deacon and church treasurer at Calvary Assembly of God. He helped build houses for Habitat for Humanity. Bob enjoyed photography, woodworking, exploring caves, airplanes, flying, hunting, and fishing.

Survivors include his, two sons: Kevin (Eunice), Keith, a daughter, Keri (Kevin) Haner. Six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren and the family of Rose Mary Patterson-Perkins. And nieces and nephews.

He is proceeded in death by his parents, two half-brothers, two half-sisters, father-in-law, mother-in-laws, a sister-in-law, and a daughter-in-law.
