Her parents; two brothers, Louis Dixon and Wallace Dixon; two sisters, Alice Watson and Edna Brown, also her beloved daughter, Vera Williams, and cherished granddaughter, Whitney Williams, preceded her in death. She is survived by seven sons; Harold (Margretta) Williams, Kevin (Donna) Williams, Wentric (Hymita) Williams, Brandon Williams, Garrett Lawrence, Barry (Kim) Frazier and Richard (Glenna) Frazier; two daughters, Margrethe Williams and Mary (Ron) White; two sisters, Dixie Forte and Nancy Ash; one brother, Joseph (Yvonne) Dixon; 125 grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and a lifelong friend and mentor, Jacqueline Page.

Louise was an amazing example of the virtuous women spoken of in Proverbs, Chapter 31: her worth was far above rubies. Her love for God, her husband, Harold, and her family was beyond measure. She dedicated her life to serving those in need and loved being a foster mom, always opening her home and heart to those in need. She was truly a mother to all. She also served God as a Sunday school superintendent, teaching with longtime wisdom and gracious love. She was a long-time member of Cathedral of Worship and Embassy Christian Center and loved watching her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren serving the Lord. Louise was also a blessed businesswoman throughout her life. She owned and operated the Coffee Pot located in the wedge; owned several rental properties; was an owner-operator of a residential home in Hannibal and a co-founder of Levering Nursing Home.
