John was born on October 1, 1956, in Hannibal, MO, to Raymond and Betty (Tatman) Mack.

He is survived by his wife Suzan Mack of New London; Son Johnny Mack (Brook Sisco) of Troy MO; Daughters, Jennifer Mack (Russ Andrews) of Danville, IA, Andrea Seppelt (David) of Nashville, TN, Nickki Drebenstedt (Ken) of Hannibal, MO, and Michelle Neimyer of Hannibal, MO; Brother-in-law Kenneth Booth II, of Hannibal, MO, sister Deanna Whitaker (Tom) of Hannibal, MO, Nieces, Kristie Mack, Jamie Mack, Marcie Bonner, and Brenda Booth, and Nephew Joey Mack; 16 Grandchildren, and 6 Great-Grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by His parents, Raymond and Betty Mack, mother and father-in-law, Tom and Mable Inlow, and a Brother, Larry Mack.

Professionally John worked as a boiler operator for American Cyanamid.

John was a member of the Hannibal First Assembly of God Church.

John loved Western movies, tinkering in his garage, mowing his lawn, eating out, and enjoying homemade pies, and rolls. His favorite dogs were Cookie and Butch, and he loved to be out in nature on a boat fishing, or on his Harley moving down the road.

John was also known for his strength. He could move around household appliances all by himself, picking them up in his burly arms and putting them anywhere they needed to go. He even picked up a refrigerator and set it in the back of a pickup without any help. But behind that great strength was the heart of a Teddy bear. He was the most considerate, loving, caring, and funny person you would ever meet. He loved his family more than anything. He loved watching each of his kids in Karate and even ended up doing it with them, all of them earning a black belt. His passing leaves a massive hole in the lives of all those who knew him and loved him.
