David Eric Wolpers, 51, of Perry, MO, passed away December 25, 2016, at the Hannibal Regional Hospital. David was born on Saturday, January 23, 1965, in St. Louis, MO, the son of Jerry and Ethna Smith Wolpers. He is survived by his parents; and two brothers, Dwayne Allen Wolpers and Jeffrey Keith Wolpers. No services are planned.
