Robert L Ocheltree

Robert L Ocheltree, age 67, of Hannibal, MO passed away at 5:15 pm Tuesday, July 11, 2023, at Hannibal Regional Hospital.

Funeral services will be held at 2:30 pm Friday, July 14, 2023 at Grand View Funeral Home. Rev. Tim Goodman will officiate. Burial will be in the Grand View Burial Park.

A visitation celebrating Robert's life will be held at 1:30 pm until 2:30 pm Friday July 14, 2023 at the Grand View Funeral Home.

Robert was born on October 13, 1955, in Hannibal, MO the son of Raymond and Fern (Vaughn) Ocheltree. They precede him in death. He is also preceded in death by his beloved cat Nicki.

He is survived by a Sister, Debbie (Bub) Dodd of Hannibal, MO; Nephew, J.D (Erika) Dodd; Grandnephew, Beckham Dodd; Niece, Kristen Dodd (Matt Rusgis); Uncle, Bryan Vaughn; and many cousins and close friends.

Robert graduated from Hannibal High School and would go on to become a respiratory therapist.

Robert had a very warm personality and a kind and caring heart. He loved music and sang with the Gospel Marks for many years. He loved going to the casino, yard sales, had an appreciation for good food, and was an animal lover. Most of all he loved spending time with his family and friends.

The family would like to especially acknowledge the staff and nurses at Beloved Health and Rehabilitation Center, formerly Willow Care, and all the people at Hannibal Regional Hospital, for the love and special care that was extended to Robert and the family during the last few years.
