Peggy Dudding Obituary
Peggy Harlene Dudding, 61, formerly of New London, MO, died at 8:52 a.m. on September 24, 2017, at her home in Kansas City, MO.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 27, 2017, at the Grand View Funeral Home in Hannibal.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 28, 2017, at the Grand View Funeral Home in Hannibal. Pastor Raymond McLaren will officiate. Burial will follow at the Grand View Burial Park in Hannibal.
Harlene was born on October 12, 1955, in Quincy, Il, the daughter of Harley and Peggy Evans Griffin. She married Dennis Dudding on April 2, 1977, in New London, MO, and he survives.
Her sister, Roxanne Griffin and her father-in-law, Dallas Dudding Sr. preceded her in death.
She is also survived by a son, Derek (Marissa) Dudding; a daughter, Kacy (Jeremy) McLaren; her mother-in-law, Betty Dudding Giest; five grandchildren, Fia McLaren, Ary McLaren, Draeden Dudding, Zoey Dudding, and Alycia Shepherd.
She was a graduate of the Mark Twain High School. Harlene worked at the Manheim Auto Auctions in Kansas City. Her hobbies included traveling, fishing, reading and music concerts. She also loved spending time with her family and friends.
Her favorite non-profit was the Hope House of Lee Summit, MO, and donations would be appreciated.
