Erl Willis Obituary
Erl Janet Willis, 76, of Hannibal, MO, died at 1:05 a.m. on Wednesday, December 31, 2014, at the Hannibal Regional Hospital, in Hannibal, MO.
Visitation will be Monday, January 5, 2015 from noon until time of service at 1 p.m.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, January 5, 2015, at the Grand View Funeral Home in Hannibal. Father Mike Quinn will officiate. Burial will follow at the Grand View Burial Park in Hannibal.
Janet was born on June 25, 1938 in Hannibal, MO, the daughter of Earl and Jeannette Key Hoenes. She married Donald Willis on April 12, 1957.
Her parents and one son, Donald Ray Willis preceded her in death.
She is survived by one daughter, Janet Lyn (Brad) Tutor of New London, MO; four grandchildren, James Wylie (Miranda) Tutor III, Amie Lyn (Lance) Elliott, Marty Sue (Alex) Gonzalez and Amanda Ray (Lance) Gauch; and 13 great grandchildren.
Pallbearers are James Tutor III, Lance Elliot, Alex Gonzalez and Lance Gauch.
Janet and her husband lived in Saudi Arabia for 16 years while working for Aramco in its medical clinic. She and Donald were recognized by the military for their services during the Desert Storm Conflict.
