Darryl Shrum Obituary
Darryl Shrum, 73, of Palmyra, MO, died at 2:38 p.m. on June 14, 2020, at the Harry S. Truman VA Hospital in Columbia, MO.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
Darryl was born on October 6, 1946, in Hannibal, MO, the son of Grant and Pauline Driskol Shrum. They preceded him in death.
He is survived by two sons, Dennis and Thomas Shrum; a brother, Morris Shrum; a grandson, Joel Shrum; and a partner of 20 years, Shirley Rueter.
He worked at the Continental Cement Plant Plant as an electrician for many years. Darryl was confirmed at the Holy Family Church. He was a member of the Big Hamm Radio Club for 50 years.
