Arla White Obituary
Arla Geraldine White, 92, New London, MO, died at 2:18 a.m. on June 18, 2020, at her home.
Visitation will be at the Grand View Funeral Home on June 23, 2020 at 10 a.m. with the funeral service following at 11:00 a.m. Pastor Jamie Page will be officiating. Burial will follow at Grand View Burial Park in Hannibal, MO.
Arla was born on Saturday, June 2, 1928, in Ilasco, MO, the daughter of Clarence and Lavada Cooper. She married James "Bob" White on February 9, 1945 and he preceded her in death.
She was also preceded in death by her parents; one son, Terry White; and a daughter, Karen White.
She is survived by four sons, Donald (Barbara) White, Dennis White, Kirk (Opal) White and Kevin (Carla) White; eight grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren and one great great granddaughter.
Arla was a member of the New London Baptist Church and served as a volunteer for various community organizations for over ten years. She and Bob enjoyed their annual fishing trips to Padre Island.
Pallbearers are Evan Phillips, Donald White, Christopher White, Ethan White, Kaleb White and Jeff White.
