Florean Taylor Obituary
Florean Laverne Taylor, 79, of Palmyra, MO, died at 11:15 p.m. on Friday, October 9, 2015, at the Maple Lawn Nursing Home in Palmyra, MO.
Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 17, 2015, at the Grand View Burial Park in Hannibal. Pastor Michael Miller will officiate.
Florean was born on October 30, 1935, in Payson, IL, the daughter of James and Mary McClain Powers. She married Billy Taylor in 1962, and he preceded her in death.
Her parents and three brothers, Floyd Gilbert Powers, Louie Gene Powers and Elmer William Powers also preceded her in death.
She is survived by three sons, Dr. Alan (Marilyn) Tillquist of Scott Depot, WV, Jeffrey Tillquist of Colorado Springs, CO and Richard Tillquist of Liberty, MO; six grandchildren, Ryan Tillquist, Kristen Tillquist, Dawn Tillquist, Christopher Tillquist, Nathan Tillquist and Jenny Tillquist.
Florean will be sadly missed by family and friends
